Grabnix is free to use, for personal and commercial purposes alike, with no account and no licence fee. You may use the output of these tools — a compressed image, a merged PDF, a calculated figure — however you like. We claim no rights over anything you create with them, and no rights over anything you put into them.
We ask only that you do not attempt to disrupt the service for other people: no automated scraping at volume, no attempts to overload the one server-side converter, and no use of the site to process material that is illegal to possess or distribute in your jurisdiction.
The tools on this site are provided for general information and convenience. They are not professional advice, and results should be verified before you rely on them for any decision that matters.
We take accuracy seriously — every calculator states the formula it uses and the assumptions it makes, precisely so you can check it. But a general-purpose calculator cannot know your circumstances, and several categories of tool here are systematically approximate by nature:
The loan, mortgage, interest, investment and tax calculators use standard textbook formulas and assume a fixed rate, regular payments and no additional charges. Real products differ. Lenders apply processing fees, insurance, day-count conventions, rounding rules and rate resets that these tools do not model, and tax rates and thresholds change. Treat any figure here as an estimate for planning, and take the lender's or a qualified adviser's figures as authoritative for an actual decision.
BMI, body fat, BMR, calorie and ideal-weight calculators apply population-level formulas that were derived from particular study groups and do not fit every body. They cannot account for muscle mass, body composition, pregnancy, medical conditions, medication or ethnicity-specific thresholds. Nothing on this site is a medical diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Please discuss any health decision with a qualified healthcare professional, and do not use these numbers to justify delaying care.
Unit conversions use standard published factors, but rounding is applied for display and repeated conversions compound small errors. For engineering, scientific, legal or trade purposes, work from the authoritative standard rather than a web page. File tools re-encode your data; image compression is lossy by design, and converting between formats can discard metadata or transparency. Always keep your original files. We cannot recover a file, because we never hold one.
The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that it will be error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grabnix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, files or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the site — including any decision made on the basis of a result produced by one of these tools. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, in which case the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted in yours. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by law.
The site is funded by advertising served by Google AdSense and its partners. Ads are chosen by Google's systems, not selected by us individually, and their appearance on this site is not an endorsement of the advertiser, its products or its claims. Any transaction you enter into with an advertiser is between you and them. If an ad on this site appears deceptive or is disguised as part of a tool, please report it through our contact page. Some pages link to external documentation and standards. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Some tools use open-source libraries, which remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective licences.
The design, written explanations and original code of this site belong to Grabnix. You are welcome to link to any page, quote a short passage with attribution, or use the tools in your work. Please do not republish the written content wholesale or present the tools as your own.
We may add, change or withdraw tools, and may suspend the site for maintenance, without notice. We may also update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
